Bowen Technique – is a non-invasive light touch therapy consisting of gentle precise moves over specific muscles, tendons and ligaments which stimulate the body to rebalance and initiate the healing process.
The Bowen Technique encourages the body to realign, there is no manipulation or force used. The light touch makes Bowen suitable for all ages and is often effective for a variety of conditions.

Regular Bowen therapy helps to manage stress and tension to counteract our busy lifestyles and therefore promotes good health.

Crystal Therapy - uses crystal energy to bring the body into balance and harmony through the vibrational qualities of crystals. Crystals are placed on and around the body to unlock energy blockages restoring energy balance and improving health and well being.

Hopi Ear Candling – has been known to help with problems such as sinus congestion, tinnitus, headaches, and ear wax problems. Hopi ear candles are inserted into the outer ear and the heat from the flame creates a stimulating, soothing and warming effect. The candle creates a “chimney effect” and together with the movement of the flame create a vibration of air in the ear candle; generating a massage like effect in the ear drum.

Reflexology – gently relaxes the body encouraging improved health and well being. Reflexology works on specific reflex points on the feet or hands which correspond to parts of the body. Pressure techniques are used on these points to release blocked energy channels, stimulate circulation and removal of toxins and aid relaxation in order to promote healing.
The gentle art of reflexology has been used for centuries to promote healing of the body. It helps with very many conditions and is also wonderfully relaxing allowing you an hour of peace and calm away from the stresses of our modern life. Reiki – universal healing energy is directed through the therapist’s hands which aids vitality and supports the body’s recovery process. Reiki can be combined with orthodox medicine and other complementary therapies, and is effective support for many problems, both physical and emotional.

Follow-up treatments £30.00

Initially treatments are usually at weekly intervals, this may be short term for acute problems but a longer period of treatments may be required for chronic complaints and longstanding problems, lengthening the period between treatments as possible depending on your body's response to a particular therapy. No treatments are continued for longer than is necessary and will always be discussed with you, all treatment is a partnership between us.

At your first visit I will ask you about your medical history, all details are totally confidential but will help me personalise your treatment for the best effect for you.
